EP 35// Implementation guide

How to Repurpose Your Live Stream to Turn It Into a YouTube Video

Turn the lives you have already done into YouTube videos that strangers find, watch and subscribe from, without recording a single extra minute. This guide gives you the Claude skill I built to read your whole transcript and hand you a cut sheet, the prompt version for ChatGPT, the six live leftovers to strip out, and the prompt that repackages the video with a cold title and thumbnail.

You’ve watched the episode, but don’t rely on your scribbled-down notes. Get the written version, plus all the extras, so you can implement this quickly and easily.

// What’s in the guide for this episode

  • The Cut Sheet skill for Claude, with the install steps. Feed it your transcript and it hands back the timestamps to cut.
  • The same thing as a plain prompt, for ChatGPT or anything else.
  • A checklist of the six leftovers every live has: the "can you hear me?" at the top, the three-minute chat tangent, the slow wind-up before you say anything useful. Cut them in one pass.
  • The prompt that writes a title and thumbnail text for someone who has never heard of you.
  • The whole method on one drawing.
  • Your next hour: the order to do it in, from export to publish.

Every episode has a guide like this. 35 so far, a new one each week, plus search across all of them, the transcripts and PDFs, the chat, the fortnightly live Q&A and the Claude skills library. The trial opens all of it.

Nothing charged until day 8. Cancel in 2 clicks anytime. £5 a month after.
